Brisbane Excelsior go to Church

Brisbane Excelsior played at the Wesley Church, Ann Street, Brisbane on Sunday 21 October 2007 as part of the Hymnfest to celebrate the 300th Anniversay of the birth of Charles Wesley.

Peter Luff, Head of Brass Studies at the QLD Conservatorium, was XLCR's musical director for the day, in the absence of Howard Taylor who was in the UK on holiday.

For some of the players, it was the second of three church 'gigs' for the day - an uplifting day for them for sure!
