Brisbane XLCR win 2006 Audition Day

Brisbane Excelsior has won this years Audition Day competition. Each year, bands wanting to participate in the Brisbane City Council City Entertainment program must audition for this privelage. The event is organised by Brisbane Metropolitan Bands Events Producer, Pam Schryver.

This year for the 20 minute entertainment program, XLCR's program included Jubilee March, Valero, The Journey (featuring Steve Ridler), Stingray and Finale from Faust.


Windsor Brass

Windsor Brass were also very well placed on the day and played a very exciting, entertaining program led by conductor, Dale Hosking. Unfortunately, this particular gig was likely to be Dale's last performance with Windsor before moving back to Townsville, having completed his studies by the end of this year.
